Sri Lanka has now fully opened to all international visitors.
Testing requirements
Pre-departure or on-arrival COVID-19 tests are not necessary for fully vaccinated travellers with a valid international vaccination certificate. Only if all needed doses of COVID-19 immunisation have been completed and 14 days have passed after their last dose will travelers be deemed "completely vaccinated."
